In the infrared sauna, the body is slowly and pleasantly heated by type C infrared radiation, which stimulates blood circulation.

The combined Finnish sauna is also a great help for the athletes of ŠK Slovan in Bratislava. Infrared sauna allows gradual warming of muscles, which is ideal after hard training. This indoor sandwich sauna is self-supporting and thermally insulated with mineral wool.
The construction is atypical, made of wooden prisms, while the sauna is equipped with a 230 cm wide glass entrance. The benches are arranged on two levels and are 65 cm wide and made of abachi softwood. The interior panelling and ceiling are made of Canadian hemlock, while the exterior panelling is made of durable chipboard to prevent moisture.
The sauna features a freestanding EOS Mythos S45 stainless steel heater with a 12 kW output. Also included is the EOS EmoTouch 3 touch control panel for easy control of the sauna’s functions, including lighting settings.
The sauna also includes headrests, an hourglass, speakers, a bucket with a lava scoop for pouring lava stones, a thermometer and a fan for ventilation.
